Receptionist/Administrator - Temporary

 

Our client, based in Wexford is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist /Administrator for an immediate start Temping

Duties:

  • Answer calls & transfer to relevant depts
  • Screening calls for senior management and directors
  • Meet & greet important clients on a daily basis
  • Diary management for boardrooms
  • Ensure reception area is kept neat & tidy at all times
  • Organising of couriers, taxi’s & some travel/accommodation arrangements for management
  • Sorting of both incoming & outgoing post
  • General administration duties
  • Weekly reports for the office manager

Requirements:

  • At least one years experience in Reception/Administration
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Professional manner with good communication skills
