***Administration Clerk Required***
An experienced Administration Clerk is required for a leading Logistics company in the East Cork area.
The Role:
* Daily Keyed items report.
* Consolidate orders as per customer releases/scan sheets.
* Continually update scan outstanding report.
* Liaise and arrange Airfreight reports.
* Liaise with customer (planners) to ensure orders are finslised where necessary.
* Update customer orders as per requests from planners.
* Consolidate daily priority lists.
* Consolidate daily truck list as requested by customer.
* Ensure paperwork (packing slips) are processed and handed to CCD staff in line with agreed departure cut-off times.
* Understand and execute priorities for specific countries/customers on specific shipping days.

Requirements:
* Some experience in all aspects of the Freights Forwarding business.
* A hands-on approach with the ability to maintain priority and deadlines.
* The ability to work on own initiative within a team environment.
* Customer focused attitude.
* Excellent communication (written/oral) and administration skills.
* Keen awareness of the Cost of Quality to an Orgnaisation.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and flexibility with hours of work etc..
* IT skills to include MS Office & Oracle.
* A hands-on approach with the ability to maintain priority and deadlines.
