My client, a busy company based in the Cork City suburbs, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a new position and is a full-time permanent role.

The Role

The successful candidate will assist with typing, filing and daily general office duties as needed. Meeting and greeting customers will be an important aspect of the job along with varied customer service duties. The candidate will also provide general support to various departments including sales and accounts.

The Person

  • 1-2 years’ administrative experience including MS Office programmes
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Outgoing and professional manner
  • Proven initiative and ability to prioritise duties
