Office Manager

A small office in the food industry is looking for an administrator to assist with office duties for a 2 week period. The office is located in Limerick and the applicant must be available immediately to start.

Main Responsibilities

Dealing with all incoming calls and customer queries

Liaising with customers to organise service calls & maintenance calls

Distributing daily work load to service engineers

Maintaining customer accounts with up to date information

Allocating customer receipts

Key Skills Required

Must have previous experience in a busy office environment

Ability to work on own initiative

Must have Excel & Word competence

Enthusiastic, confident team player
