Leading Pharmaceutical in Dublin West is recruiting for an Administrator for an 8 month contract.

Job Description

You will provide administrative support to several departments and will work very closely with the Sales & Marketing Department.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Compiling sales reports
  • Daily correspondence - post, letters, faxes
  • Maintaining attendance, holiday and sick leave records
  • Main point of contact for company mobiles
  • Booking couriers, taxis, flights & hotels
  • Helping in the preparation for sales meetings and conferences
  • Providing administrative support to the sales and marketing teams

Skills/Experience

  • Good working knowledge of SAP would be a distinct advantage
  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience is essential
