Leading Pharmaceutical in Dublin West is recruiting for an Administrator for an 8 month contract.
Job Description
You will provide administrative support to several departments and will work very closely with the Sales & Marketing Department.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Compiling sales reports
- Daily correspondence - post, letters, faxes
- Maintaining attendance, holiday and sick leave records
- Main point of contact for company mobiles
- Booking couriers, taxis, flights & hotels
- Helping in the preparation for sales meetings and conferences
- Providing administrative support to the sales and marketing teams
Skills/Experience
- Good working knowledge of SAP would be a distinct advantage
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience is essential
