Position Overview

This role will involve working alongside a full time team of Administrators within a busy office in the West Cork area. The company are well respected for looking after their staff and providing opportunities to develop with the organisation.

You will work within a team that are friendly and very customer focussed. This role will involve being the face of the company so building rapport with the internal and external customers is essential. This is a fantastic role for a people person who is looking for an interactive admin position.

Hours of work 8.30 - 6.00pm with one hour for lunch and occasional Saturday work would involved.

Salary dependant on Experience

The Role

This varied and busy role will include

  • Sales Administration, handling invoicing, orders, preparing lodgements
  • Taking enquiries, via telephone and email
  • Liaising with the other offices and internal employees
  • Data entry
  • Ad hoc duties and project work as required

The Person

  • The successful candidate will enjoy working in a busy environment with a motivated team
  • Be a confident user of MS Word and Excel
  • Have an excellent phone manner & communication skills
  • Bring a level of energy and enthusiasm to their work
  • Be able to cope well with pressure
  • Be a skilled multi-tasker, with the ability to prioritise tasks and think on your feet
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Experience in a similar Administrative role in necessary
