My client is a leading firm in the property industry and they are currently seeking a part time experienced administrator to join their team. 

Based on front of house, your duties will include:
* answering all incoming calls
* ordering couriers/taxis
* managing petty cash
* meeting & greeting clients
* solving queries
* keeping the reception area clean
* managing the post
* assisting with management expences
* ordering stationary
* ensuring filing is kept up to date
* managing meeting rooms bookings
* accounts administration
* dealing with business tenant queries
* updating the company website
* general administration duties

The ideal candidate:
* strong MS Office skills
* independent, self managing
* excellent communication skills
* strong numerical skills
* organised & a strong multi-tasker
* property experience an advantage

Location:
Dublin 2 however you must be flexible to travel to the northside for weekly meetings (transport can be  organised for you if necessary)

Hours of work:
Wednesday - afternoon
Thursday - full day
Friday - full day

Salary:
€16,000 - €17,000 DOE
