The Role

This varied and busy role will include:

  • Sales Administration, handling invoicing, orders, preparing lodgements
  • Taking enquiries, via telephone and email
  • Liaising with the other offices and internal employees
  • Data entry
  • Ad hoc duties and project work as required

The Person

  • The successful candidate will enjoy working in a busy environment with a motivated team
  • Be a confident user of MS Word and Excel
  • Have an excellent phone manner & communication skills
  • Bring a level of energy and enthusiasm to their work
  • Be able to cope well with pressure
  • Be a skilled multi-tasker, with the ability to prioritise tasks and think on your feet
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Experience in a similar Administrative role in necessary
