Job Description

You will provide administrative support to the Chairman of the Company and the position will involve extensive diary management.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Answer & screen all incoming calls
  • Travel arrangements for the Chairman and other staff members
  • Diary management for the Chairman
  • Expense analysis
  • General administration

Skills/Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
  • Fluency in French is essential
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office is essential
