Our client is based in Dublin South and is recruiting for an Administrator with Fluent French to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small existing team.
Job Description
You will provide administrative support to the Chairman of the Company and the position will involve extensive diary management.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Answer & screen all incoming calls
- Travel arrangements for the Chairman and other staff members
- Diary management for the Chairman
- Expense analysis
- General administration
Skills/Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Fluency in French is essential
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office is essential
