Application Sales Support Engineer
My Client an Engineering company based in Kerry is seeking an Application Sales Support Engineer. The primary objective of the role is co-ordination the aftermarket business and issuing quotations , issuing quotes reviewing customer service and liaising with Sales, Finance, production, purchasing. You will also have responsibility of directing the activities of the customer services personnel.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the following;
· People Management skills,
· Sales / Customer Service
- Technical background / experience (Certification in Mechanical Engineering)
Responsibilities:
• Handling aftermarket technical enquiries.
• Coordinating the aftermarket business and issuing quotations.
• Calculating costings for new capital equipment.
• Review terms and conditions on new capital equipment.
• Sales analysis reporting.
• Monthly forecasting projections.
• Supervision of the Customer Services teamExperience:
• Certificate in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in a similar applications / engineering environment is a huge advantage.
• Strong commercial awareness.
