Our client a global medical devices company is seeking to recruit a Receptionist / Office Coordinator for a 4 week temporary assignment.
Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate shall have previous Reception and Administration experience.
Fielding calls
Diary Management
Data Entry
Administration.
Candidate:Excellent telephone manner
Ability to work under pressure Excellent communication skills
2+ years experience in Reception / Office Coordinator role. Excellent presentation skills
