Corporate Administrator / Company Secretary
Location: Dublin North [Dublin]
Type: Permanent
Salary: €40000 - 50000
My client, a leading well established Global Financial Services Specialist have an opening for a Corporate Administrator / Company Secretary to join their new Dublin North office.
Job Description
- To run an effective and efficient administrative and secretarial function for the company
Roles/Responsibilities
- Administrative Duties
- Co-ordinate logistical arrangements for board meetings and Executive Committee meetings
- Manage the corporate calendar for the group
- Collate Board and Executive Committee papers and distribute to relevant parties
- Take minutes at Board and Executive Committee meetings
- Act as office administrator for Irish business
- Act as the administrative link between Irish and UK offices
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties
- Company Secretarial Duties
- Perform the Company Secretarial role
- Maintain company books and records
- Support the Group Company Secretary as directed
- Assist UK Compliance team
- To comply with relevant company procedures and policies
Skills/Experience
- Ability to work at both detailed and summary level, and able to exercise judgement
- Able to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing, ability to be able to listen
- Ability to be adaptable to changing circumstances
- Able to manage uneven workload and respond quickly to ad hoc queries from the business
- Experience in short hand minute taking essential
- Strong office administration experience
- Experience with interacting at executive level
- Knowledge of Irish regulation advantageous, not essential
Education / Professional Qualifications
- Chartered secretarial qualification advantageous

- Flexible to attend meetings and discussions with the business at short notice
