This company searches for the brightest and best candidates globally, they have an exclusive opening for a multi-lingual candidate who speaks fluent English, German or French with previous experience working in a Supply Chain environment.
Top name brands are manufactured all over the world from this multinational manufacturing company. They distribute their wide range of products all over the world and are looking for an experienced Client Support Executive to manage their international business partners, coordinate deliveries, forecast customer requirements for production and manage the order process from start to finish.
Job Description
This is a strategic, fast paced role that requires strong communication, organisational, negotiation and forecasting skills using English and either French or German. This position will work alongside key business customers in Europe to ensure goods are forecasted, shipped and delivered on time.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Coordinating the order process for customers, order entry and administration
- Demand Planning / Forecasting - Liaising with shipping, production and distribution to coordinate the delivery of products globally
- Advise on delivery delays and any shortages or changes in delivery
- Using an ERP system to generate reports and enter order information
- Managing client expectations - Resolving any customer enquires or complaints
Skills/Experience
- Fluency in English, German or French
- Ideally 2 years experience in a Supply Chain Support Role, Customer focussed role, Order Management with German or French
- Previous experience in Demand Planning and forecasting is required
- Strong Administrative skills, skilled in MS Word and Excel - any previous ERP software experience using SAP, JD Edwards, ORACLE is welcome
- Must have strong MS Excel, experience using pivot tables
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative without supervision
- Proven ability to problem solve and work well under pressure in a deadline driven role.
Education / Professional Qualifications

Ideally educated to third level Degree, in particular Business or Marketing
