Global firm in Dublin City Centre is currently seeking an experienced and professional mid level Secretary / PA for a 6 month maternity leave contract (with a view to a further extension of up to 5 months). This is very much a client facing role and applicants will have to be able to demonstrate this through past experience.

Roles/Responsibilities

- Acting as a first point of contact for the head of the Business Unit
- Diary management, arranging and attending meetings and following up on required actions agreed at meetings
- Coordinating external trustee training courses and monitoring website applications for these courses
- Coordinating conference calls and travel arrangements for business meetings involving overseas visitors
- Preparing presentation material using MS PowerPoint
- Drafting agendas, minutes and other communications for the Business Unit
- Managing and co-ordinating simultaneous projects within agreed timeframes
- Organising client entertainment for the Business Unit
- Other ad hoc administrative support to the Management Group as required

Skills/Experience

Applicants should:

- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience at Executive Secretarial/ Senior PA level in a professional environment
- Possess strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate a high degree of discretion, confidentiality and flexibility
- Have excellent presentation skills and be capable of working on his or her own initiative as well as part of a team
- Have experience of working to strict deadlines
- Be proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Salary range for this role is €27,000 - €31,000 depending on experience.
