Receptionist/Administrator - Temporary
Our client, based in Kilkenny is currently seeking an experienced Administrator for an immediate start Temping
Duties:
- Answer calls transfer to relevant depts
- Screening calls for senior management and directors
- Meet & greet important clients on a daily basis
- Diary management for boardrooms
- Ensure reception area is kept neat tidy at all times
- Organising of couriers, taxi’s & some travel/accommodation arrangements for management
- Sorting of both incoming & outgoing post
- High level of administration duties
- Weekly reports for the office manager
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in a busy Reception & Administration
- Ability to multi-task
- Professional manner with good communication skills
