Our client based in Blanchardstown is looking to recruit a risk operations agent. This is a 3 month temp contract with a view to permanency.Successful candidate will start on Monday the 1st of December. Competitive salary offering €11.54 per hour.

Key Tasks:
• Review accounts according to policy, financial regulation and legislation
• Handle correspondence from customers and other departments
• Investigate customer accounts
• Meet and exceed departmental targets
• Build relationships with colleagues and with other departments
• Identify areas for improvement within the department

Experience/Qualification Required:
• Minimum of 6 months call centre or back office experience.
• Fluency in English and/or one of the above languages, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work in a customer-focused, target-driven environment.
• An excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Proven problem solving skills and experience in delivering practical solutions.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Internet and a good knowledge of databases.
• A high degree of flexibility, team spirit and independence.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
