Our Limerick based multinational construction company is looking to recruit a fluent French speaking Personal Assistant.

Applicants for this position must possess the following attributes:

Fluent in Arabic & French both verbal and written
Excellent communication skills
Highly organised
Excellent numeracy skills
MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint literacy, proficiency in the adobe photoshop suite would also be desirable
Commercial aptitude and a willingness to learn
Third level qualification in business or related discipline
Knowledge of the construction industry
The position will involve the following:
Various administrative tasks
Document and presentation preparation
Travel & accommodation arrangements
Diary management
Spreadsheet management
Documentary & conversational translations
Handling meeting arrangements and event management
Minute taking and distribution
