This is a leading company based in the city centre requires a German Speaking End of Lease Administrator., Ideal Candidate must have at least 2 years experience in a Financial Services Company, within a Leasing/ Collections Department/ Customer Services Department. This is a varied role and it includes out bound calls to customers & Clients. Strong administration experience a great advantage. Ideal Candidate must have excellent negotiation skills.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years experience in Leasing/collections/ customer service department.
  • Must have strong administration & Negotiation skills.
  • Customer Service
  • Dealing with customer complaints.
  • Part take in weekly and monthly meeting

Salary / Remuneration: €25-27K depending on experience.
