The successful candidate will report directly to the VP of Marketing and is required to work effectively with key stakeholders in order to execute ?best practice? analysis & research. This role requires tremendous attention to detail, setting up and managing projects and procedures.  The Client has ambitious growth plans and it is imperative the Head of Online Statistics is able to work within a dynamic, fast paced and leading-edge technological environment where consistent delivery of results is paramount to business success. The role involves both operational and strategic marketing challenges within an emerging business sector where the company is recognised as a leading and the fastest growing organisation.

Initially you will manage the Modelling Team, Competition Analysts and Researchers. You will expand this new team to 20 people in 2009.

This global online company set up their HQ in Dublin in 2006 with 38 people. They now have 370 employees.

Your skill-set

  • B.Sc. In Business or Marketing
  • 5+ years of experience in an analysis/research management role
  • Project Management
  • Create / Manage processes and procedures
  • Highly numerate, graduate in mathematics, statistics or a related discipline
  • Must have worked with CRM and clearly understand the benefits / campaign promotions and the tools- ESSENTIAL
  • MUST HAVE worked with large volume data with an “online” component to it.
  • Ideally have worked with a global online company or perhaps retail or Telco. Marketing Service Companies are also of particular interest. Once you have been involved at a Senior Management level with CRM / Marketing.
  • Experience of working with statistical analysis, data-mining software
  • Experience of commissioning/using market research (qualitative & quantitative)
