My client, a competitive company based to the south of Cork City, is seeking a Junior Administrator to join their team. This is a new position and is a full-time, permanent role.

The Role

The successful candidate will assist with typing, filing and daily general office duties as needed and also provide reception cover in the front office. As the first point of contact, the candidate will meet and greet customers and provide customer assistance.

The Person

  • 1-2 years’ administrative experience including MS Office programmes
  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner
  • Outgoing and professional
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
