My client specialises in providing PR, Communications and Marketing support to a broad range of companies based throughout Dublin. They are currently seeking to expand their team with an administrator.

This role will initially start out as quite a junior role where you will provide full support to the team of 8 in the office. However they are seeking someone who will stay and grow with the business so this is the ideal opportunity for someone who has secured about 2 years office experience and are looking for the next opportunity that will allow them to grow their skills and take on additional responsibilities.

The role involves:
* Being based on reception - answering all incoming calls, meeting and greeting visitors, organising couriers and taxis as required
* Providing administrative support to the project managers - getting prices, preparing quotations, doing research and general administration as required
* Accounts assistant - providing support to the accounts dept such as managing petty cash, bank lodgements etc

The ideal candidate will have:
* Approx 2 years office experience but are looking to grow their skills and step into a bigger role
* 6-12 months experience working in a design or media agency is essential for this role. If you do not have this experience, your application cannot be progressed
* Experience working with MAC is preferred
* Intelligent, enthusiastic & eager to learn new skills
* Excellent people and communication skills
* A clear thinker and good problem solver

Salary approx €22,000
