Our Client is looking for a  Receptionist for a permanent position. This company is friendly and progressive and staff retrain is high.

Duties:

  • Answer all calls in a timely manner and transfer to the correct people
  • Responsible for maintaining reception area
  • Organising couriers and taxi’s when needed
  • Any other ad hoc duties as requested such as post

Skills:

  • Must be well presented at all times
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Receptionist ideally within a large corporate company essential
  •  Legal an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Bright and enthusiastic individual
