Office Co-Ordinator

A leading construction client has a requirement for an office coordinator based in Mayo. The contract will last approximately for 6 months and will be based on site. The candidate needs to have experience of working in a similar environment.

Purpose
To support the Project Manager, Site Manager and Engineers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provided administration support for the Project Manager and Management team and all on site staff - duties included typing all correspondence letters, creating files and storing all documentation accurately and clearly.
  • Management of all incoming and outgoing calls to and from clients and dealing with clients enquires
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Diary Management, meeting organisation - Organising the venue, booking venue, notifying all attendee’s and arrangement of refreshments
  • Constant liaison with internal staff, external clients and head office.
  • Management of staff records - this included control and maintenance of staff holidays, sick days and staff leave.
  • Updating staff records and qualifications.
  • Handling and dispensing of weekly allowances for staff
  • Handling of all invoices from suppliers

Key Skills Required

        Experienced site co-ordinator/manager
        Excellent communication skills
        High level of Microsoft packages
        Knowledge of accounts is desirable
