Job Description

A new vacancy has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator within a leading edge agri-technology company in Co Meath. This company is in the process of opening a new office and therefore this role will have a high level of responsibility in assisting with this new venture to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct a high volume of calls
  • Set up and maintain an efficient filing system
  • Schedule meetings as and when required
  • Meet & greet clients in reception
  • Organise travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Diary management
  • Typing of correspondence
  • Sorting of incoming and outgoing post
  • Ordering of office stationary and equipment when required
  • General administration support duties

  • Skills/Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years administration experience within a similar role
  • PC literate
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good typing skills - min of 40wpm
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
