Job Description
An experienced Office Manager is needed to support various departments. The successful applicant will provide administrative and IT support, and will report to the Managing Director.
Roles/Responsibilities
As the Office Manager, you will ensure smoothly running departments by:
- Providing excellent administrative support
- Managing a team of administrators
- Providing IT support - server maintenance & system networking
Skills/Experience
- At least 2 years experience as an Office Manager / Senior Administrator
- Excellent IT skills - knowledge of server maintenance and system networking is essential
- Experience managing a team
- Fluent English essential, with fluency in another European language an advantage
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education / Professional Qualifications
- Third level degree
