An experience Office Manager is required for immediate start in a Dublin 1 global communications solutions provider. This maternity leave position will run for a minimum of 6 months with an immediate start.
You will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks and provide lunch and holiday cover for the main reception area on an ad hoc basis.
Duties:
· Scanning all mortgage and life documents and correspondence from paper files onto the system.
· Handling various administrative tasks from departments including: data entry, data cleansing, photocopying, & filing.
· Ensure that the switchboard is covered during lunchtimes, holidays and other busy periods.
· Ordering office stationery as required - ensuring that stocks are kept for standard stationery items.
· Opening, sorting and date stamping incoming post each morning, making sure that it is delivered to relevant department in a prompt manner.
Excellent MS Office skills, typing speeds of 60 wpm, an outgoing personality, evidence of a good telephone manner and communication skills, positive and proactive approach to work, and a minimum of 4 years relevant expereince is essential.
