My client is a fresh, funky and fashionable firm based in Dublin 2.  They are currently seeking an administrator to join their winning team.

Your duties will include (but will not be limited to):
* compilation of daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
* preparation of reports for meetings
* acting as the point of communication between 3 Dublin based stores
* organisation of meeting rooms
* diary management
* maintaining and updating the HR system
* processing of all documentation for new starters to include new starter  forms, swipe cards etc
* management of the database recording annual leave, absenteeism, rosters
* issuing contracts
* management of job descriptions, organisation of interviews,
* reporting on headcount levels, turnover and absenteeism.

The ideal candidate will have:
* 1-2 years HR administration experience (essential)
* 1 year + general administration experience
* excellent people and communication skills
* advanced PC skills (full MS Office)
* genuine interest in the fashion industry

Salary: depends on experience, approx €24,000 - €29,000
