Order Management Coordinator with German
(German / Swiss German Market)


Top multinational employer with endless opportunities has created a new vacancy for an experienced Order Management Coordinator within its Cork HQ. This role will focus on the German and Swiss German market and will require full fluency in English and these languages. This client does not recruit very often on a permanent basis and this is not an opportunity to miss.

Working within a experienced, dynamic team environment this role will have the key responsiblity of ensuring product fulfilment targets are met, networks across this international trade business are strengthened and customers are satisfied.

Key Responsibilities will include

-  Liaising with internal departments finance, sales both in-house and territorial sales to ensure customer orders are checked and actioned efficiently
- Maintaining ISO quality standards across the business
- Recording customer details accurately on ERP system
- Meeting agreed business deadlines
- Problem solving in a dynamic, ever changing environment

The Successful Candidate will have experience and skills in:

- A minimum of 3 years Order Management and Coordination exeperience, working with one of the following ERP programmes SAP / ORACLE / JD Edwards managing business level customer accounts in Germany and Switzerland
- Ideally multinational experience
- Full fluency in German and English
- Superb orginsational skills, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Results orientated
- Natural flair for customer account management / customer service
- Strong IT skills, fully conversant in MS Excel and Word
- Attention to detail
