Top Multinational Organisation requires a Multilingual Order Management Representative. The ideal person must be fluent in English and a second European language.
 

Responsibilities include:

· Managing and monitoring the order process for a portfolio of clients.

· Entering orders onto company system.

· Updating client details on database.

· Liaising with internal teams.

· Providing customer service and order management reports.

· Providing comprehensive customer service via email and telephone in English and French.

Key Requirements include:

· 1-2 years experience in a similar role.

· The ability to organise your work.

· Attention to detail.

· Excellent IT skills.

· Fluency in English and French.
