Order Management

Location: Dublin North [Dublin]
Type: Permanent
Salary: €28000 - 32000

Due to a recent demand for Order Management Specialists, we are now seeking experienced candidates for immediate interview. This is a niche market and candidates with relevant experience are sought after by our clients.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Act as the sole account manager for large corporate clients
  • Provide administrative and customer care support to approx 10-15 clients
  • Report generation, order processing and following through the sales process
  • Sales order entry on SAP & ERP systems
  • Follow up with customers on any issues regarding their orders
  • Liaison with shipping plants when required re: issues that arise

Skills/Experience

  • Fluent English is a MUST
  • A second language of Italian, French, German or Spanish is desirable
  • Experience working within a multi-national
  • Excellent PC knowledge and experience of SAP
