My client, a worldwide company with head offices in West Dublin, is currently seeking a Fulfilment Administrator for a long term temporary contract, they are seeking candidates with 2 -3 years experience for this position.

Duties will include:

o Daily reconciliation of all stocks ensuring accuracy of daily shipments and stock on hand.

o Liaising with the purchasing team in ensuring that customers’ needs are being met

o Liaising with customer service in satisfying all external and internal inquiries.

o Dealing with our internal departments in any adhoc requirements that are needed for all Clients.

Required skills and experience
The ideal candidate:
Must be detail oriented with a positive attitude
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of PC applications including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and e-mail.
A team player who enjoys working in a fast paced environment

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience with word, excel, email etc
  • Customer & Vendor escalations and resolution - desirable
  • Business background with 2 years experience in a similar role
