My client is a leading consultancy firm based in Dublin 8. They are currently seeking a highly experienced PA to join their team.
Job Description
The main focus of you role is to provide PA support to the MD as well as taking responsibility for all tender submissions.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Taking full responsibility for the organisation of tender submissions
- Diary Management
- Travel Organisation
- Meeting coordination
- Client liaison
- Call and mail screening
- Typing & filing
- General administrative support
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Skills/Experience
- Min of 5 years PA support to a senior member of management (essential)
- 5 years experience in an engineering or construction firm (essential)
- 5 years experience managing tender submissions (essential)
- Excellent PC skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and 50wpm
Education / Professional Qualifications
- Leaving Certificate
