PA required for 3 week opportunity with large Financial Services organisation close to Dublins main cultural and shopping district.

Duties will include:
* Coordinating board meetings
* Providing PA support to 2 Director
* Travel and accomodation co-ordination
* Event management
* Secretarial duties as required - strong dicta phone experience, excellent MS Powerpoint and MS Excel (using pivot tables) essential.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years experience in a professional environment and have experience reporting at Director level. You will be discreet and confidential and be immedialtely available to start. salary DOE.
