My client a corporate company based in Dublin 2 are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Director for a 6 month contract. This role starts the last week in November. Great opportunity to work in an exciting environment in a great location.

Duties:

· Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate

· Diary management. - organising and maintaining Director and Chairman’s diaries and making appointments

· Travel arrangements for Director/Chairman and Bar Council members

· Dictaphone & copy typing etc.

· Drafting & preparing reports & presentations.(Excel, PowerPoint & word).

· Dealing with correspondence and writing letters

· Organising meetings, and ensuring the Director/Chairman is well-prepared for meetings

· Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post

· Responsible for scanning and archiving all post for Director/Chairman

· Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for meetings.

· Maintaining filing system within office

Requirements:

· 2-3 year’s solid PA experience

· Ideally Candidates must have excellent typing speeds (min of 55+ WPM)

· Have Dictaphone typing experience,

· Good MS word, PowerPoint & Excel,

· Able to deal with highly confidential information

· A Legal background would be an advantage but not essential

· Be able to commit to a 6 month contract

· Be available for interviews this week
