Our client an international firm based in Dublin 4 are looking for a Corporate Receptionist on a part time basis. This role will be based on reception.
Duties:
- Meet and Greet clients
- Co-ordinate boardroom and function bookings
- Call management of a busy switch
- Ensure all boardroom are set up each meeting
- Deal with general queries to the switchboard or reception
- Liaise with other department within the firm as needed to ensure all necessary equipment etc is in place for meeting/functions
- Any other tasks that may be required
Requirements:
- Flexibility
- Excellent organisational skills
- Work well under pressure
- Excellent telephone manner with a professional appearance
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience in a corporate environment on reception essential
- Experience of a busy switch or a busy reception
