One of Cork’s top employers requires a highly experienced Part Time Receptionist for an on going temporary assignment.

Job Description:

Hours of work: 10.30am-2pm - 14 hours per week!

Days of work: Monday - Thursday inclusive

Roles / Responsibilities:

  • Meet & greet of all visitors on site
  • Maintaining the visitor log book
  • Manning the reception area
  • Working on a busy switchboard
  • General administrative duties

Skills / Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years Reception experience
  • Switchboard experience would be hugely desirable
  • Previous experience of working in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent administrative skills

*Only candidates with a minimum of ten years plus Reception experience will be considered for this role*
