Roles / Responsibilities:
Diary Management
Organising travel and accommodation
Facilities management
Proving PA support to Senior Mgt team
Providing departmental support
Responsible for organising meetings and conferences
Compiling power point presentations
Organising inductions for new staff
Maintaining time & attendance records
Processing invoices
Co-ordinate internal & external training
Co-ordinating internal communications
Updating the company website
Database maintenance
Projects administration
General administrative & PA duties
Skills / Experience:
3 years + PA/Secretarial/Administration experience
An excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power point
Excellent typing skills
Education / Professional Qualifications:
Leaving Cert
Secretarial qualification
Personal Attributes:
3 years + PA/Secretarial/Administration experience
