Our client, a leading player in the Travel & Tourism sector, currently requires a polished and professional PA to commit to a temporary assignment on a short term basis.

Duties Will Include

  • Supporting the CEO with all day to day activities
  • Arranging detailed travel itineries for senior executives
  • Managing diaries of senior executives
  • Screening all correspondence and proactively managing emails
  • All ad-hoc administrative and secretarial duties

Requirements Needed to Apply for the Role

  • Minimum 4 yrs exp as a PA, preferably within the Travel industry
  • A highly efficient self starter with a positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent Interpersonal, communication & organisational skills
  • A flexible approach to work
