Personal Assistant position - Cork

The ideal candidate will be a motivated self starter, highly organised and comfortable working to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support
  • Diary Management
  • Co-ordinate the production of relevant business reports, board reports and Powerpoint presentations to specified deadlines
  • Arranging meetings as required
  • Co-ordinate travel arrangements
  • Implement and maintain effective filing systems
  • Other duties as required by the role

Experience & Qualifications Required:

  • Candidate must have proven track record working as a PA
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication Skills
  • Excellent PC Skills in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to work as part of a team & on own initiative
