Personal Assistant position - Cork
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self starter, highly organised and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support
- Diary Management
- Co-ordinate the production of relevant business reports, board reports and Powerpoint presentations to specified deadlines
- Arranging meetings as required
- Co-ordinate travel arrangements
- Implement and maintain effective filing systems
- Other duties as required by the role
Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Candidate must have proven track record working as a PA
- Excellent interpersonal & communication Skills
- Excellent PC Skills in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ability to work as part of a team & on own initiative
