Job Description

While based on reception and will provide PA support to the CEO and four Partners as well as general office administration as required also.

Roles/Responsibilities

PA support to the CEO & four partners: letter writing, reports, business plans, PowerPoint presentations, travel organisation, diary planning, meeting scheduling

Reception: answering incoming calls, meeting and greeting visitors, ordering taxis and couriers, ensuring front of house is kept presentable at all times

Event Organisation: organising client lunches, organising seminars which would include choosing hotel, ensuring meeting rooms were adequate for the event, inviting attendees, preparing all paperwork and presentations required on the day and also attending to ensure all runs smoothly

Marketing Material: organising all marketing material, the content of the material, liaising with designers

Tender Submissions: providing support to your colleague in ensuring that all submissions are completed to very strict deadlines

Skills/Experience

Essential requirements:

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Word
  • Good working knowledge of Access and Excel
  • 3 years experience in a similar role providing PA support to senior management
  • Experience in a construction firm is ideal but not essential
