My client a Multinational Organisation based in Cork, are currently looking for a Product Analyst. This position is a 12 month contract with an immediate start.Key responsibilities include:

· Developing and streamlining new processes to support New Product integration.

· Managing and monitoring the order process.

· Entering orders onto company system.

· Maintaining and updating the database.

· Archiving and tracking software.

· Liaising with internal and external teams.

· Analysis of technical issues.

· Providing customer service and order management reports.

· Providing quality control in accordance with ISO standards.

Skills required:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
  • Good working knowledge of SAP.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Database management.
