Progressive organisation based in the heart of Cork City requires a Project Administrator for an immediate start. This is a senior administrative position which requires someone who is tenacious, organised and experienced.

Main Duties will include:

  • Coordinate and monitor the progress of the project
  • Liaise between various business partners
  • Source and compile information
  • Assist with administrating income/ expenditure
  • Gather HR & Training information
  • Submit presentations using PowerPoint
  • Report Writing
  • General administrative duties

Skills required

  • 4-5 years experience in a similar position
  • Previous experience within a HR capacity is desirable
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
