Progressive organisation based in the heart of Cork City requires a Project Administrator for an immediate start. This is a senior administrative position which requires someone who is tenacious, organised and experienced.
Main Duties will include:
- Coordinate and monitor the progress of the project
- Liaise between various business partners
- Source and compile information
- Assist with administrating income/ expenditure
- Gather HR & Training information
- Submit presentations using PowerPoint
- Report Writing
- General administrative duties
Skills required
- 4-5 years experience in a similar position
- Previous experience within a HR capacity is desirable
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
