My client, a leading company with offices in West Dublin, currently has an exciting vacancy for a project coordinator to work alongside a project manager. This is an exciting opportunity

The day to day tasks are as follows:

  • Responsible for the day to day administration of a new project, through communication with Community Based Organisations, clients and head office.
  • Customer service, dealing with complaints and problems.
  • Process implementation and improvement
  • Management of incoming data and reporting
  • Running database reports, data entry and database activities.
  • Dealing with database upgrades and changes with IT and processes.
  • Training of clients  in database use and data management
  • Payments management and processing for reports on a monthly basis.
  • Annual financial reviews
  • Reviewing of Business Plans and Proposals

Key skills;

  • Highly organised with excellent administration skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and good communication
  • Proactive with good problem solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Self motivated and able to work independently as well as with a management team
  • A Business Degree and a strong background in accounting and/or financial management would be a distinct advantage.
  • An interest and knowledge in energy management and green technology would also be an advantage.
