Receptionist / Administrator is required for a week to week assignment with immediate start in dublin city centre.

The main duties are as follows:

  • Manage a busy switch
  • Answering all calls in a professional manner
  • Meet and greet all visitors
  • Insure all meeting rooms are tidy
  • Arrange refreshments for meetings
  • Manage incoming faxes
  • Arranging couriers/taxi’s
  • Post collection and distribution

You will need to have a minimum 3 years experience as a Receptionist, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a good working knowledge of MS Office and a minimum of 55 wpm copy typing.
The ability to work on own initiative and excellent organisational skills are essential.
