Receptionist / Switchboard Operator is required for a week to week assignment with immediate start in dublin city centre.
The main duties are as follows:
- Manage a busy switchboard
- Answering all calls in a professional manner
- Meet and greet all visitors
- Insure all meeting rooms are tidy
- Arrange refreshments for meetings
- Manage incoming faxes and emails
- Arranging couriers/taxi’s
- Post collection and distribution
You will need to have a minimum 3 years experience as a Receptionist, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a good working knowledge of MS Office and a minimum of 65 wpm copy typing.
The ability to work on own initiative and excellent organisational skills are essential.
