Kilkenny based client seeking a candidate for a permanent role as a Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- answering all incoming calls in a busy front of house area
- dealing with visitors to the office
- organising meeting rooms, ordering taxis, etc
- dealing with incoming post and faxes
- General adhoc administration duties such as typing
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience working a similar position
- Must be well presented with an excellent telephone manner
- Ability to multi task
