Excellent Opportunity for an Experienced Receptionist
Our client, a well known FMCG company in Dublin 9 currently require a temporary Receptionist for an immediate start. This role will last for approx 4 months.

Responsibilities will include:
-Answering telephone queries and greeting callers in a polite manner
-Managing a busy switchboard
-Managing the reception area : ensuring orders of office supplies are managed effectively
-Meeting and greeting visitors
-Ordering couriers
-Ad hoc administrative duties, e.g booking taxis etc
Requirements:
-You have at least 2 - 3 years experience in a busy front of house role
-Ability to work to tight deadlines
-Excellent communication and organisational skills
Rate of pay is €12 p/hr
