Receptionist / Administrator

Location: Dublin North [Dublin]

Salary: €20000 - 22000

Our client, an established distribution company in Dublin North is currently seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to join their dynamic company.

Job Description

This position is part of a 6 month contract period with view to permanency upon successful completion of the initial contract.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Operation of the switchboard in a professional and customer friendly manner.
  • Greeting visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Adherence to the Company’s security procedures.
  • Co-ordination of fire alarm testing
  • Maintain filing systems as assigned by the Administration Executive
  • Co-ordination of couriers, taxis, travel arrangements as & when required.
  • Sorting/distribution of incoming mail, packages etc in a timely and speedy manner.
  • Liaise with staff regarding conference and meeting room bookings
  • Provide administrative support to management when required

Skills/Experience

  • At least 1 years working experience in an office environment
  • Excellent communication skills - both written & oral
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a professional manner at all times
  • Good PC skills

Education / Professional Qualifications

  • Educated to Leaving Certificate standard or equivilant
