My client, based within the Construction Industry, is currently seeking a Receptionist for their Dublin North office on a temporary ongoing basis.
Job Description
This role will be front of house based with a low volume of calls and some administrative support.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Answer & screen calls
- Distribute calls to relevant departments
- Provide daily administrative support to the HR dept
- Meeting & greeting customers / clients
- Ensure reception area is kept neat & tidy @ all times
- Diary management of meeting rooms
- Sorting of incoming & outgoing mail
- Dealing with customer queries regarding contracts/snag lists
- Liaising with staff off site regarding appointments & queries
Skills/Experience
- At least 6 months previous reception experience
- Ability to multi-task
- PC literate
Education / Professional Qualifications
- Educated to Leaving Certificate or equivilant
Personal Attributes
- Excellent communicator
- Professional & self-motivated manner
