Our client a top dentist based in Dublin south is looking for a Receptionist/Secretary for a permanent position to start mid November. The role is working along side two nurses and a hygienist. Excellent opportunity to work in friendly and well respected Dentist.

Duties:

  • Meet and Greet clients
  • Booking appointments
  • Typing Correspondence
  • Basic accounts such as updating excel spreadsheet, dealing with money
  • Deal with general queries to the reception
  • Order couriers
  • Deal with all incoming and outgoing post

Requirements:

  • Flexibility
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent telephone manner with a professional appearance
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent Communications skills essential
